Which plan should I start with?
Start with Core if you mainly need cost control, recipe costing, menu margins, prep, inventory, and sales review. Choose Premium if you want AI help with invoices, recipes, insights, and the assistant.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with Core and upgrade to Premium when the AI features save enough time or give enough insight to justify the difference.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Your data stays readable, but editing and new imports are paused until billing is fixed. That protects your information without letting stale subscriptions keep writing data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings > Billing. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period. We don't make it hard.
Is this per location or per user?
Pricing is per location. If you run multiple restaurants, each location gets its own account. Multi-location linking can be handled with support as needed.
Are there required setup or onboarding fees?
No. The software is self-serve and the setup guide walks you through the basics. If you want hands-on help, optional done-with-you setup packages are available.
